Standard Liège suggestions and ajustements

Hi, first of all, thanks for your work on the Belgian Database, it's an hard work but i have few suggestions and correction about Standard liège DB.

At the Begin of my game Cihan Canak was worst than Brahim Ghalidi , in real life Canak was more advanced in his developpement than Brahim and has a better potential.  Ghalidi has been dropped, Canak has been upped

Nathan Ngoy deserve a better potential, he's a beast in this begenning of season and some belgian football expert ( like Philippe Albert  )  see him as a future Red Devils , he's a really fast player also and he deserve much than 12 in speed and acceleration.

William Balikwisha have excellent dribbling , technical and control capacity and he deserve at least 14 in each but he's a lazy player , his Bravoure ,work rate and agressivity are too high i think. He also prefer to play in MOC position , he said it in an interview.

I think Kawabe is not too strong , he's the best player of the team in my game and you can decrease is CA by 5 i think.

Isaac Price are taller than 171 he's 184 cm , you can verify on the a-team picture, he's just next to Bokadi and he's a little smaller than him and bokadi is 186 cm.

Noah Makembo-ntemo is an absolute crack , he's the better potential of RSCL ( he's follow by Dortmund, Leipzig ou Union Berlin before he sign his contract https://www.dhnet.be/sports/football/division-1a/standard/2023/06/01/standard-le-jeune-talent-noah-makembo-signe-son-premier-contrat-pro-XVVD3HA2CJHMNPOVJXOI3EFV6Q/ ) He's a really pacey player , with awesome dribbling skills, he's also captain of belgian u16 team and also play at 16 yo with SL16 in d2. 

love this player, great possibilities. Modified al little bit, kept his potential at -8.
