As soon as the final whistle goes, the game gets stuck on this screen, without going to the team talk screen as it should.
This has happened the last 4 times I have tried to play a match, across two saves. I've tried to holiday past this game, yet the next game has the same issue. None of the buttons or shortcuts appear to do anything, the game won't even close unless I go into task manager and force it to. I've left the game running on this screen for around half an hour, nothing, I've also uninstalled the game and re-installed it which didn't help.
I'll try to set up a new save and see if that is effected as well, if anybody has any ideas please let me know
