While the traditional date of the Emperors Cup final is normally January 1st, if there is an Asian Cup on during the following winter, it will not be played so soon. (i.e. 6 days before the opening game.) its likely gonna be pushed back three or four weeks.
In 2027 they played the final literally 6 days before the first match of the tournament. I don't have access to the team-sheets but I can guarantee, it will cause monumental errors for human managers if not properly patched.
The cup final during AFC Cup tournament years held in January must be scheduled earlier.
