Same issue, seems to be loan players for me. Got 4 under 21s, 3 domestic, but none of them seem to qualify as not needing to be registered. Uploaded to cloud as (Loan u21 squad registration.fm)

Hello, this is working as intended, all loan players in the EFL need to be registered regardless of their age.

Could you not add this to the screen then under the rules for the registration deadline?

I don't get why Lewis Hall is ineligible to play for me (Newcastle?).

Using the Real World database, he's played once for Chelsea but should still be able to play for me on loan??
