You need to plan ahead with scheduling in Brazil and remember there are FIFA dates changes after 2023. June international break is in a different week after 2024 in comparison to 2023, and the September and October breaks are put together starting in 2026. The Brasileirão breaks set in the game don't follow this calendar changes, and some Copa do Brasil rounds may clash with FIFA dates as well (or even CONMEBOL competitions).

As a rule of thumb, there's how it should work:

2023: Brasileirão stops during June, September, October and November FIFA dates and resumes on the next Wednesday, just the day after the end of the international break (not the next weeekend as in Europe). Instead of a Brasileirão fixture, it may be a Copa do Brasil round, but on a Thursday, so players can get back to clubs and have some rest before

2024: Brasileirão stops during June, September, October and November FIFA dates - not the case with Série B, Série C and Série D - and resumes on a Wednesday, but it can also be a Copa do Brasil round on a Thursday, All competions don't stop during Copa América, unless Brazil is the host.

2025: There's no official calendar yet, but Brasileirão should stop during June, September, October and November FIFA dates - not the case with Série B, Série C and Série D - and resumes on a Wednesday, but it can also be a Copa do Brasil round on a Thursday. All competions shouldn't stop during FIFA Club World Cup (which oddly starts in a week clashing with June international break), unless Brazil is the host

2026: There's no official calendar yet, but all competions stop during the World Cup. To avoid fixture congestion, all divisions should have matches during June, September/October and November FIFA dates. This is supported by the 2018 and 2022 official calendars. Usually is best to avoid Copa do Brasil rounds during FIFA dates.

    Repeat this 4-year cycle.

I believe CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores and CONMEBOL Copa Sudamericana schedule in the game already follows the FIFA international match calendar changes. You should look at the dates there so there are no clashes between Copa do Brasil rounds and CONMEBOL competitions in different years as well.

This is a good summary.  Regarding Copa Libertadores it does respect the FIFA dates but barely;  the final usually ends up being only 2 days after players return from the November international break.  In reality it is not scheduled in the week when the international break ends but more than a week later.
