  • Youth Level request stuck on planning

    Hi,

    I asked the board to upgrade the youth level, which was agreed, but it has been 'planning' for around 9 in game months now.

    Could you please have a look at the file and see if it's something that can be rectified? As my long term save, my youth level is still stuck on level 4.
