  • Rejected for jobs for having no experience in guiding teams away from relegations

    Seem to be constantly being rejected for jobs around my level for never guiding teams away from relegation, despite originally taking over a team who were six points inside the relegation zone and steering them to a top half finish.

    Every single job with  a struggling team rejects me due to this.

    Do you have a save game from before applying for a job you feel you ought to get? This would allow our QA team to investigate what is happening during that process and the decisions that are made by the club.
