Injury reports from B team not shown in inbox

Also the attribute progress icons do not show for the B team players until promoted in the same setup

I think this happens for any team with a B team.

you can use save game CCFDDEE2-5967-436F-8B5A-730A8918380C which I just submitted for an issue reported in-game.
