1) When existing player become a coach, their ability will become empty, and the formation will be filled by FORMATION.
2) If you offered player which is not in your team a coach position, then sack that coach, the coach will not exist in the coach market.
3) The possibility of coach to influence players is nearly zero. Three of my coach has never influenced any player in 2 years.
To sum up, there should be bugs inside the class of coach/staff, please check.
