Using touch 22 on switch. I am unable to input a specific transfer fee...only the preset values. Also I can't use the dpad to kove up and down on the inbox and sometimes zr does not work to move forward.

Hey @Ben Wuttke thanks for flagging this with the team. This is by design. There is no functionality to manually enter the fee. You can manage the increments in much smaller amounts by utilising the right stick left and right.
