Hello,
Playing on a Samsung Galaxy S21, after selecting an issue type but not adding a game save, I selected the 'Send Report' button. After doing that the screen remained the same and then kicked me out. It didn't send me to any forum or website. I tried to go back into the app and it kicked me out again. Every attempt back in would do the same thing. Currently fully closing out of the app seems to allow me back into the game, but I still can't submit support ticket items. I was able to repeat this issue a couple of times as well.

Steps To Reproduce:
Settings -> View -> Support and Legal -> Report an Issue -> Add Drop Down, No File Upload -> Send Report
