Uploading Save Games or Large Files
To upload save games or large files to us, please use the reporter in game or the SI Cloud Service.

Please remember to mention the file name of the uploaded file in either your forum post or when in contact with a support agent.
To us the in-game reporting service, use the 'Report Issue' button in the 'Support and Legal' section of the settings menu. This will generate an email ticket
The email you send will have a Unique ID for your save - a string of letters and numbers. Please include these in your post here so that we can find your save. Equally, if you already have a thread, please add a link to the thread into the email that appears when using the system.
Uploading Screenshots, PKMS, Crash Dump or Small Files
Smaller files, such as pkms, crash dump files and screenshots can be uploaded to the forums directly via the 'Drag files here to attach or choose files' option that appears at the bottom of any new issue or comment.
You can either drag the files directly from the folder, or click 'choose files' to open up Windows Explorer and find the file on your system.
