I am in season 2 with Hammarby. We won the league and made the Europa Conference League final in the first season and in the second we've made the Champions League group stage. However, I am STILL unable to offer a scout a Full Time contract. I can't imagine this is anything but a bug in my save. Why on earth would it be set that scouts can only have part time contracts? Please help, this is making scouting so difficult.
Steps To Reproduce:
Try to offer any scout a contract and only Part Time is an option.
