I have the responsibility of finalising player transfers however the DoF doesn't ask me for confirmation when he negotiates a signing and just signs the players anyway. This happens with all players

I have uploaded a save file that is one 'Continue' click before my DoF will sign a player without asking for my confirmation.

If the player was set as a transfer target prior to this, then it's working as intended.
