I am currently managing Steaua Bucuresti and I am trying to change from regional scouting to nation league scouting. Whenever I try changing one of my scouts from "Hot Prospect" to "Any", the game crashes! For example, if I try to change the scout Mario Stanic from "Hot Prospect" to "Any" I get an instant crash. Also, even though my scouts have been assigned to specific regions for years, they have not accumulated any knowledge in that region.
Steps To Reproduce:
Change Mario Stanic (scout) from "Hot Prospect" to "Any" or "First Team Player" and get a crash!
