So, First issue is not being able to start a game once you add lower leagues to certain nations. And could be for every nation. As you can see in the first 3 pictures the file is verified. Only when you add another nation that hasn't been edited or leagues added it will work.

We also see no reserves or youth teams for 50% of clubs for each added leagues for all nations

Another issue we are seeing is no disciplinary rules. So no cards being carried onto next games.

Second issues is relegations and promotions from Vanarama North and South.  8 teams from the regional premier leagues will be promoted (as in real life) but only 3 from Vanarama North and South (One from South 3 from North) Teams that finish in the supposed relegation spots are being relegated.

The last picture is from the advanced rules that doesn't allow us to change the amount of relegated teams from Vanarama North and South

Sadly this has been an issue for a few years now and isn't something new.

If you would like anymore info please feel free to ask.

    Thanks

Okay so we've checked the file - some aspects we are already aware of and are currently under investigation, but there's a few areas that require clarification.

In terms of the reserve/youth teams we're not seeing this occur with the edit files you provided. Does this happen with every save game you've tried setting up? May be worth providing more steps on what kind of save you've set up and how you've done so, so we can try and reproduce.

In terms of the cards not being carried into the next game, these disciplinary rules would need to be set via the advanced rules and currently haven't been, so should be a relatively easy change for you to make.

With the promotion/relegations from the Vanarama N/S, it's actually intended in game due to the expansion to 24 teams in the 22/23 season. Just to clarify, when using basic rules the promotion/relegation rules are simplified to assume that the same format will remain from year to year, hence why any divisions below the Vanarama North/South would need to supply only 3 promotions per season total. In order to implement the 8 promotions from year to year (from tier 7) this would need to be done again in advanced rules, with the Vanarama North/South formats adjusting to account for this.

Being unable to change the number of relegated teams from existing divisions in basic rules is intended - like the above, only advanced rules can be used to alter existing default competition files.

Saying that, we are a bit confused over the fact within the edit file attached, there are 8 relegation spots set for the Vanarama National North/South despite still being in basic rules and seemingly converted from the default rules. Was this file created with the FM22 Editor? Or was it converted from a file originally created on an earlier version?

If is from the FM22 editor, does the same issue occur every time you start adapting the existing England rules in basic?

Appreciate there's a lot to work through here, but as you've seen the editor has a lot of moving parts. Just want to be very clear on everything here to get a full understanding of what you're seeing.

    Thanks.
