Youth team intake preview always poor

Really sorry for the lack of response here. The Beta forums are particularly busy initially and sometimes threads will slip through the net when we're responding.

Could you confirm whether this is still an issue after the latest update? If so, I'll get this moved across to the main forums and we can get it investigated promptly.

Hi, it's still poor: we are in 2042 now and I got only 1 player with a PA over 130 even winning a Europa League with a Belarus team, moreover the youth rating for the country never increased even if we are 6th in the european ranking (teams playing in euro cups), this way is really impossible to improve national teams... Can you tell me how is it supposed to increase?

@broddoi I think there are a couple of issues here that we're aware of and are under review.

1) Youth intake preview being inconsistent with actual intake - we are looking into ways of improving the accuracy of these reports to give a wider variation of ratings.

2) Small nation not improving National Youth Rating. There are several factors that contribute to Dynamic NYRs, so even if a nation experiences relative success, if they cannot afford to capitalise on it by improving their infrastructure then the youth rating may not increase.

Hi, in a save we are in Belarus in 2045, bringing 3 teams in champions league and with 3 teams with the best infrastructure and money for the youth team, but still in 24 years there is only 1 player generated with a PA of 150, all the others are below 110, national youth rating never grew from the original 62 still.
