    This is a save started in beta. Despite shown 2 continental spots, there are 4 of them, 3 for champion's league and 1 for the confederation cup. In the second screen, you can see the league have reached #1 in Africa.

    I'm not too sure what you're actually saying is the issue here I'm afraid.

    Are you meaning the league table should show the top 4 spots highlighted?

    Also, do any of the continental qualification spots comes via the domestic cup?

    If you could upload a save file, it would be helpful to our QA team when investigating. :)

    Yes. Even on previous seasons with less spots available, the information in the rules panel was wrong.

    The domestic cup gives access to the confederation cup. With it, there are 5 continental spots every season.
