Davronov, Harrison, Sharza and Taylon are all ineligible to play in Indonesian League Two as they do not hold Indonesian nationality. Nonetheless, they are in the pre-season Dream Eleven (see below):
Also, those players are listed in the pre-season report for their teams' Best Eleven (see e.g. Persita).
I do not know, but I also suspect that they may be being added to their teams' odds for the predictions for expectced league positions, given how likely Persita apparently are to win the league in the below screenshot.
