  • Can the passing directness button on the furthest right on player instructions ever be picked

    As attached, irrespective of the overall tactic, on a 4-2-3-1 formation, I cannot tell the CM to pass in the most direct manner. It is unclickable. 

    Is the most it can do “More direct passing” as there appears to be a greyed out fourth option button on the right that can’t be clicked.
     

    I have tried changing the Mentality (tried every single option) from Very Defensive to Very attacking.

      Visit player instructions screen- try to change passing directness.
