Black screen, restarted the game and now my TCS4 skin has disappeared

This is an issue with the unofficial skin you're using, you would be best placed asking the question in the Skinners Hideout, but it's not something I believe we can resolve on our end - it will be down to the maker of the file.

My friend, I got the skin on this forum, specifically from a moderator on here, 

OK, I removed the skin, but still it's saying "error, unable to start server". And two people have joined my game, in regards to online game preference, when I didn't allow them too as I'm sure when it asked me "do you want users to join your game" I put it to no, but it had it set to anyone, so I'm not sure if it correlates with that. Why can't I receive a direct answer for clarification, when I asked this question two weeks ago?

For the first issue, can I get you to delete your cache and preferences file, as detailed below. While I appreciate you may have gotten the skin from someone on this forum, it's not something we officially support, which is why I directed you elsewhere. 

As for the users joining your game query, if I could get you to raise it within our online subsection, a member of the team will be better placed to triage your issue.

Thank you for your response. Thankfully, it worked, without assistance from this/any forum. The problem was possibly after my online game preferences, which automatically I had set to "anyone", I set to "no", after I restarted the game, it worked and I deleted the TCS4 skin from my skins and reinstalled it and it works just fine. Don't know if the black screen was the problem, but it probably had an affect on my game.
