    Couldn't believe it when i reguested from the board a training facility upgrade and got the responce "due to lack of funds we are unable to grant your request" yet they can offer me 136 million of a transfer kitty, i would gladly give some of that up for other purposes, i think you should be able to adjust your budget for things like this
