Can playable leagues be changed once you've started?

For some reason, my FM chose League Two as the lowest point I can manage at. After just getting relegated as Luton after 44 games, it means they'll be BSP. Can I use data editor or something like that to contiune in the BSP as Luton with this save file? Or at least import my manager to a new save game with the BSP?

You can't do it now, but before you start a career, you can change the lowest league up to BSS/N.

I think yuo can turn OFF the option to manage in a selected league, unfortunately not the other way round though.

Yup, I forgot to do that. Took me 3 times to get it all right and I do that.

get FMRT from the editors forum, that will allow you to edit the final league standings and edit points and such if your that desperate to remain in the league
