Watching players on loan

I have replaced most of the teams original staff. So why is it when I send out someone on loan, I still get the old scouts name to give the job to of getting match reports ?? Im in my second season with Rangers and it still keeps asking me if I want send out Ewan chester,,,who was the first out the door as well,,

I know i can find someone else on the drop down menu ,, but is there a way to change who is the default scout for the task

ye mate, jus go to rangers settings on the task bar headed by ur name n at the bottom of that screen u can pick a sout to always be the main one to b chosen to scout ur players
