What happened to 'Play with back to goal' ? I remember this being used in older versions, but I can't find the option to teach to my target man, has it been removed or what do I need to do for the move to become available for the player in question.
Also, I notice I can't ask certain players to adopt ANY approach to the game, with none of the options being there (in the player interaction screen)

Some PPMs were removed because they were cosmetic only and didn't acutally do anything.
Some players will refuse to learn new moves, particularly older players. You can persuade some ofthem in the future if you have built up a good influence standing with them.

Definetly was in FM 2007, not sure if it was in 2008.
