editing help, quick please

i am trying to edit the balance and remaining wage budget, none work, the transfer budget works fine but the balance and wage budget stay the same?

any help, wanna start tonight

if you try to set a redicilus amount, nothing happens.

try only adding 10\30 million & maby a future income of 10million.
