Les Girondins
Just wondering if it effects their performances..
baker.simon
For a definative answer, i dont know! But i do feel it should matter, Alan Shearer & Newcastle springs to mind. He played his heart out for my club, just wish there were more like him lol,

baker.simon
The same, IMO, should apply.
byrnea
probably just affects whether they want to join or leave club
phnompenhandy
^WHS It should affect their loyalty to the club. For performances it depnds on their attributes esp. Determination, and morale.
Serdar
My guess; not directly On the other if he likes the club, his average overall moral will be higher (at least during contract renewal seasons) and that will make him play better on some situations. CrashOverride
I cant imagine that it does work like as it would probably be very very difficult to programme into the game although it can sometimes happen IRL. Its an good point though and maybe something that could be added to the wishlist for future editions?
Les Girondins
It would also be nice if he was predisposed to want to be a coach or staff member. As it is, many famous old boys seem unwilling to re-negotiate as staff when they're no longer of use as players - due to the contract system and their wage demands/'has no interest' etc. It would also help tremendously if they could work harder/play harder in a) big games and b) derby games and maybe also be more supportive/critical of the manager.
