Work Permit

I have found a regen who looks superb. He is from Tunisia and already has 2 caps and is the number 1 choice. Unfortunately for me his work permit was turned down so how many caps will it take for it to be granted or what country should I send him to, and for how long?

Belgium takes 2 years I think.

If Tunisia is ranked 75 or lower in the FIFA rankings, you can forget about it. Home Office rules = 75 or higher; 70% (could be 75%) of full internationals played over last two years.

Their ranked 51 so how many caps?

It's not an exact number of caps, it's a proportion (75% IIRC) of games played over the last two years.

Sorry but one of my Regens got 20 caps and they could get a WP.

Right, so I got 70 and 75 mixed up? I always thought the FIFA ranking was 75 or better.
