Refund please.

Hi, I purchased the game via steam, and would like a refund please.

The game isn't up to my standards.

Some advice from an employee would be welcome.

Good luck trying to get a refund mate! What exactly do you mean its not up to your standards? What problems are you having with the game and are you patched up?

You can't get a refund just because you don't like the game. I tried taking back my Home Alone 2 DVD because the cinematography wasn't up to my standards and I got short shrift from HMV.

Of course it is. If you bought a car with a broken engine, you wouldn't accept it. Same principle.

There are too many flaws with the game, and I don't feel it's deserving of my £36 I eventually paid for it.

I would like a refund.
