Deaf Players?

What is the point in this game if players do NOT listen to your instructions time after time?
I gave strict instructio0ns to certain players in my team and after watching them on a full match they DO NOT do what i asked. These are world class players (or so i thought) and tight man-marking is compltetly beyond them.
As is intructoins for my keeper. I specifically ask him to long kick the ball and aim for A specific player. ONCE he managed to do this in the ENTIRE 1st half. Once!!

This is like playing a car racing game that every so often when you turn one way you go the other, and CRASH!!
