Why have I to qualify for Champs League?

I won the league as Rangers in the SPL in my 2nd season though why do 2nd place Celtic get into the group stages automatically while I had to qualify via PSG then Dortmund.

Lost to PSG and went straight into the Uefa Cup. Though I have lost out in alot of money to my main rivals.

Is this a bug or is this some crazy new rule that I dont know about?

either a bug or a Uefa punishment! (I'm joking) I've heard of this bug with other leagues, but not with SPL. might want to post it in the bugs forum.

Did they win the CL in the previous year? If so then, for Scotland who has on two teams in the CL, Celtic will take over the place of the Rangers, which means that Ranger take over the place of Celtic (Finished 2nd) and therefore will start in the qualifing round.

If Celtic did't win it, post in the Bugs forum and upload your save.

It's a well known bug that hopefully will be fixed in the next patch.

Na, they didnt win the CL. Just kind of ruined my game though. Ill post it as a bug.
