Adding Leagues

I don't know if this has been asked before, but before the release of fm09, I heard you could add divisions or leagues to your game DURING your game. Is this true? (And if so how?) Or just a cruel rumour. I hope this is in the game because i started unemployed, got a job in N.Ireland with Harland&Wolfe Welders, i'm now in the N.I Premier League but can never get a reputation high enough to cross the Irish Sea to the English League 2 (The lowest english div i've chosen)

This isn't true, you cannot add leagues during your game.

A cruel rumour. It's not possible on FM09 for the PC. It maybe a feature of the handheld version, I guess.

This is possible in the handheld version of the game for the first time. Before you were restricted to one nation's league(s), but now you can add more to be able to move around during your managerial career.

Whats the biggest move someones made? I mean, how small a club was it and what club/league did you move too?
