Yes, I think this is correct. In football you can play for the country you were born in, either of your parents countries that they were born in, or for the country your grandparents were born in .

i imagine so, im not to sure. His parents are from Wales and his "welsh" grandmother must have gone with a man from Sierra Leon.

I have read his autobiography. His dad is a black man from Sierra Leone (not sure if his dad was born there or not), but he left the family when Giggsy was really young, so hasn't featured much in his life.
