Does this Affect my Team

I finally hit the prem with Havant but i have a stadium capicity of 5000.

Finaly they planned expansion after telling me there was no way the council would allow it only by 8000 tho so still small ground. In the mean time im sharing a ground with Pompey does this affect me cause my team arent really playin too good at the minute
