Transfer Budgets

Hey guys, first post =D.

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me who has a good budget at the start? Not Manchester City like, but decent enough to get in some quality players. I'm thinking 20-30 Mil. I'd prefer a team that hasn't got too many good players, too.

Any ideas?

tottenham dont have too many players and they have at least 27million ranging to 37 depending on were u say u will finish

Arsenal have around £35mill, although they do have lots of quality players already. Only a few signings needed.

Thanks guys. I decided to start with Middlesbrough though. I'm not even sure why.

They have a pretty bad team, but 10 mil & some loan signings later they'll be decent enough for mid table. =D.
