Just a heads-up for all those people with STEAM installs who are wanting to reformat their computer or something similar - the deactivation URL is active!
http://deactivation.fm2009.softanchorinsight.com/
Type the CD-Key that STEAM gives you in lower case, then select the PC you wan to deactivate and you are good to go
