Team Cohesion

How do I go about creating more cohesion within my team? My ass man keeps highlighting it as a problme. Is it just a matter of winning, or are there other, more proactive methods of achieving this?

Have you just bought these players? Sounds like they have been brought together and maybe just gelling.

I don't there really is a way to boost it but just keep playing them together, eventually they will come together.

I Derby, so good sense meant that I had to buy 2 new centre-backs. Maybe that is the problem.

2 players shouldn't cause a big problem. I guess all you can do is keep going. If you sign anyone else, look for the same personality as your squad - may help.
