Quick Patch Question

Can i download the patch before i buy the game? I'm getting the game tommorow so if i download the patch now will it be on the game when i start playing it(for example, i download the 9.10 patch today then buy the game tommorow. When i play the game will the 9.10 patch be on the game)!

Yes you can download it now - just don't run it until you have FM09 fully installed
