Winger coming inside

Has anybody worked out how to put the wingers to cut inside , the same as Arsenal

Setting cross ball to rarely should encourage this, as may encouraging them to make more long shots (since they can't do this from the wing )

Also, a left footed player on the right wing will tend to cut in more, and vice versa.

my winger is always running inside then running to the end then cutting back for good goals.

i set him to medium crossing and medium through balls (babel/rodriguez terrible crossers...)
