Send Assistant Manager for Loans

I've heard people talking about sending their Assistant Manager to look for loans, how do i do that?

2 ways:

1. Go to a club's squad screen and select 'Loan Report' from the 'Action Buttons'.
2. Go to your own squad screen, select 'Assistant Advice' -> 'Compile Loan Players Availability Report' -> Choose position.

I keep reading about all these little new features. Is there going to be a place where they are all comprehensively compiled for easy viewing? I will end up forgetting/being unaware of them should this not occur.
