do you definitely have X:/PSP/FMH/chnages.txt?

Try putting the 'outs' before the 'ins' to make room for them.

Also check that mascherano and hyypia dont have accents in their names by checking their full names in their profile.
Oh and you have stephen warnock twice, which it wont like
