A couple questions about '09

I had the following message:

Stoke City's Amdy Faye has revealed that he feels he his being victimised by manager Tony Pulis.

Speaking after Stoke's 2-0 friendly vistory over Norwich, the experienced midfielder stated that Pulis' criticism of him in the dressing room showed he was trying to force him out of the club.

Now, I never criticised him personally, just the whole team so why am I seeing this message? Anyone got this yet? Also, I don't see no button where I can personally reassure him -- is this not a feature? If no, then it should be.

Second question: I have a player that is unable to communicate because he is foreign. Will he eventually pick up the English language, or is there something else I can do?
