Did anyone else get this wrong?

I have been waiting for the demo for about a month now and when it got announced as Sunday at midnight I thought right i will be on it all day monday

but it is coming out saturday night/sunday morning isn't it?

Yeah tbh took me a few mins to actually figure it out, sunday midnight imo can be interpreted 2 different ways though. But yes Miles said you'll have all day Sunday to try it out, so obviously Saturday night/Sunday morning.

i was curious to know why they chose midnight, do they just want as many people as possible to stay up and use the forums until its out.

Either that or they supose less traffic perhaps? Then again if that was the reason you'd release it at 2 or 3am wouldn't you?

they should have released it at 00:01 on Sunday to avoid this confusion, im pretty sure the majority of people could survive the wait.

I actually have next week off which is perfect for the Demo. But then I've got plans for most of the week AND Fallout 3 comes out AND with the recent patch PES2009 now works for me without crashing after a few matches. Just too much for one man :-S
