each year there is a award given to a player decided by the mangers in the leagues carnt remember what award its called but id like to be able to pick a player how do i go about doing this thx mags

Which league? There may be in some leagues but not all.

You can vote for World Player of the Year if you are an international team manager.

As far as I recall, the only way you can vote for a player in anything is the World Footballer of the Year competition which you get a vote in if you are a national manager

Blue Square North and South let you vote for the player of the season.

I know you can vote on the young player of the season in the Bundesliga.
