At the start of my second season at Man United, they said they would give me 50mill transfer funds and 2mil p/w wages. And, in the end, the wage budget didn't change from last season's and I didn't get an money to spend. Plus, I had 80mill in the balance. I now had to do exchange deals such as a swap Pique for Dani Alves.
Plus, start of my 5th season with Man City, the same thing happened, which forced me to sell quite a few players, so that I could bring in Fabregas.
Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

You can get transfer funds. Go onto "board room" on your profile and click "budjet adjustment".

There just happens to be another thread about a similar issue.
This is Man United, right? They have troubles with debts. Therefore, the board are reluctant to allow you to spend the money in the bank.

Yeah I thought about that, but the same thing happened with Man City and I have no debt, with 40mill in the balance.
