Proccy Posted September 19, 2008 Share Posted September 19, 2008 Hi. I've just arrived as manager of Birmingham in 2015 and I looked at the team report, where all the players had full star ratings. Then, suddenly I looked again and realised that the ratings had completely changed for a lot of players and I have realised that the squad I inherited is not quite as good as it seems. Amaroq Posted September 19, 2008 Share Posted September 19, 2008 Usually that will mean that you've ticked past the official "End of season" date and the club's reputation has been updated as a result of last season's achievements. The judgment of "stars" relates the player's ability to your club's reputation, so the number of stars change as your reputation updates. Basically, the judgment is "how good is the player compared to what our expectations are for the season" - that's why, when you're playing a massive club you can wind up with a teamful of world-class superstars and see them all get just four stars.
