See people raving about this Joel Valencia. I can't find him anywhere. Now what I'm looking at asking is what do I need to do or have loaded to get him in the game please?!? So you would need Ecuadorian players loaded or the Slovenian league players loaded.. Traditionally countries like Reunion, Romania, the Scandanavian countries, Iceland, Bulgaria etc have been good hunting grounds the lower league.. so try loading those sort of lower rep countries that are still traditionally talented footballers..
