Cannot proceed in game as not enough players for international squad

I've recently taken over the dutch U21 team and I am picking my first squad but there are not enough players in the game to make up the squad, I've tried scouting and using the search bars, does anyone have any suggestions other than resigning?

go on holiday for one day and ai will pick up the squad for you. and, you must be doing something wrong, there has to be enough u21 players to pick a squad.

Thanks, I think its because the u19 world cup is on too so most players have gone to play there

So you only have like 30 players loaded..?
