nomorezen Posted March 9, 2016 Share Posted March 9, 2016 Yes they can in my game i signed a player from my old club then when signing another there was an option to get the first player to talk to the other one to convince him to sign with us because of their friendship. MBarbaric Posted March 10, 2016 Share Posted March 10, 2016 It happens a lot if you keep players over longer period of time. it helps they win together and, i think above all, have the same or complementing personality. few years ago i had whole squad of 24 players interlocked with friendship and all the time "willing to die for each other" descrption on team assesment. it happend after i won few league titles changeing only one or two players a season.
