Then, in every pre-match, my ass man always say he is hard to motivate bcoz of me as manager. How to solve or where to check the reason for this issue? But I wouldn't worry too much about it, get the overall tactic how you like and set up opposition instructions and rely on that, rather than motivation which I hear only lasts for the first 15 mins in a half. HUNT3R Posted February 19, 2016 Share Posted February 19, 2016 Yeah, it's probably your reputation. I'm guessing he has a high (the highest?) rep in the team as well, which doesn't help. Push through. If you can do well/win trophies etc to raise your rep, he'll eventually start respecting you, if you haven't sold him by then already.
